I've had it for years before I got married and I had 3 children.

The most difficult part is dealing with the pain, but I'm not sure if

it actually interferes with conception itself.

It does not interfere with conception, except to the extent one can or cannot have intercourse due to pain. Even then, you can have your partner ejaculate into a condom, draw up the sperm in a turkey baster, and inseminate yourself. Also, certain medications used for vulvodynia are unsafe to take while pregnant. That's why I decided to stop at 2 children. Good luck to you!

I have lichen planus, a vulvar disorder that causes irritation and

inflammation, atrophy of the vulva, and vaginal inflammation, and I

just had a totally natural vaginal childbirth 3 weeks ago. If I can do

it, anyone can! =)
