(Please see attached flyer) Wanted to see if this would be of interest to any of you that live in the Western communities of Palm Beach. If there is interest, the program would begin in the Fall (Oct-Nov) and would be located in the Royal Palm Beach/Wellington area. Come play and help your child to create connections and increase their developmental skills. A variety of gross play, social games, rhythmic interaction, sensory stimulation and relaxation activities are utilized during groups to work on increasing: • Language • Social Interaction Skills • Behavioral Skills • Emotional Regulation• Sensory Processing • Self-Awareness • Self-Esteem Children will have fun learning new skills while making new friends! Parents can meet other parents who might be experiencing similar challenges. Groups are kept small to accommodate the needs of each individual child. About the Facilitators Cohane, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is also the mother of three children on the Autism Spectrum. i Marci Chaves, MSCCC-SLP is a Speech and Language Pathologist who has been working in the field for over 2o years. Both facilitators are dedicated to empowering families with children of special needs by providing them with tools and strategies to maximize their children's’ potential.
