Guest guest Posted May 8, 2002 Report Share Posted May 8, 2002 Hi everyone.. thanks for the two recommendations for cod liver oil... I noticed that everyone is talking about carbs and reducing them. If anybody on the list works in an office I would like to get some ideas of foods that I can bring to work w/ me... I have been trying to eat more protein and fermented foods... but I get so hungry sometimes mid-day and I just would love to know what other people out there snack on... Thanks so much.
