Guest guest
Now I know that I have very early onset of PSC, but just recently I have woken up in the night absolutely freezing cold, shivvering and unable to get warm. Is this the 'chills' I hear about? Does it mean I have cholangitis? I do eventually get back to sleep [after about an hour] and wake up feeling fine [albeit tired!] in the morning. Can anyone tell me what this is? Thanks Kym PSC 07 England
Guest guest
My brother goes through that. Granted he has ESLD. In his case, we have to watch for other symptoms with the " chills " , such as fever, naseau, vomiting, dark urine (well darker than his normal), and black bm. If they are consistent, when contact his doctor. Occasionally if there is more than 2 symptoms there, and no fever his doc will make a premptive strike and go ahead & do antibiotics. I would watch them, and talk to your doc about them. in TexasBrother, , 31, UC & PSCOn 10/24/07, curtiskym <kym.curtis@... > wrote: Now I know that I have very early onset of PSC, but just recently I have woken up in the night absolutely freezing cold, shivvering and unable to get warm.
