Guest guest
Good morning everyone! I could not sleep lastnight for nothing. I had a hard time falling asleep period as I had bad muscle aches and muscle twitching. So I took a motrin 800 and was able to fall asleep.Only to wake up over and over again. Then @ 330 this morning I went and slept on the couch as my husband was snoring so loud I could not fall back to sleep. Anyone else have these muscle aches and twitching?? Well off to water areobics with my tired self. Talk to yall later! Guest guest
I guess we could have come online here to chat, as I was up as well. Sudafed keeps me up and I woke up wide awake at 3am and could not get back to sleep til 7 after the hubby left for work. During those hours he was snoring too! But I didn't want to get out of my comfy warm bed to be cold in the living room. I skipped sudafed today, I'm so tired of no sleep it's making me miserable. Tonight I'm determined! wrote: > Good morning everyone! > > I could not sleep lastnight for nothing. I had a hard time falling asleep period as I had bad muscle aches and muscle twitching. Guest guest
I had thought about getting on here and seeing who else was up.But I know I needed to try and get some sleep as I had water areobics this morning, then cleaning to do and work. I get so pissed off when I can't sleep! My living room was actually warm as I got down there and turned the heat up hoping to cook him for snoring and keeping me up,LOLOL.........I can't take sudafed as it makes my heart race. If I really want to sleep, its 2 benadryl and I'm out.I just dont want to depend on that for sleep. Melody wrote: I guess we could have come online here to chat, as I was up as well. Guest guest
- I don't think you have to worry about being dependent on benadryl. If it works for you, please take it. I have a husband who is probably the world's most annoying snorer in the world. We've been married over 21 years, and haven't slept in the same bed for about 16 or 17 of those years. I'm just too light of a sleeper and he's too loud! I sometimes miss that intimacy that comes from sharing a bed, but it would be very difficult to try and go back to sleeping in the same bed. So my advice is take the benadryl! Getting angry over not sleeping just makes it harder to sleep. Then we have anxiety over going to bed, so many of us take something to help with anxiety before bed. Take care. Guest guest
I like Benadryl for sleep as well. I'll take that as a last resort but it sure does work wonders. Yesterday I skipped the sudafed and slept sooooo good last night. wrote: > I had thought about getting on here and seeing who else was up.But I know I needed to try and get some sleep as I had water areobics this morning, then cleaning to do and work.
