Guest guest Posted May 8, 2002 Report Share Posted May 8, 2002 hello, all-- my seafd-mkt-manager cousin tells me that all (commercially available) rainbow trout in this country is farm-raised. if that is true, would anyone happen to know what they are fed? regardless, i plan to try it just once in my life. any suggestions for a raw recipe? i've enjoyed NT's gravlox and pickled salmon, but the only ceviche i like uses scallops. tia-- allene Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
