THANKS FOR PASSING THAT ON! GREAT HELP. INTERESTING TO, AS I HAVE JUST

RECENTLY HAD TO APPLY FOR DISABILITY, THOUGH AT ONE TIME STARTED A JOURNAL AND

MED RECORD, GAVE IT UP ON ONE OF MY FRUSTRATION, JUST SHUT DOWN TIMES. WILL

HAVE TO START AGAIN, HOPE NOT TO LATE, THOUGHT DR. IS IN AGREEMENT.
