I have had one of those for soo long, I am not sure the pump would

even work to get the air in the ball! But I did use it the last time

I spent in physical therapy -- thought that was last fall, but no! it

was in 2006! Time flies when one is in pain. I also have the yoga

mat, the bands, etc. There is one major problem now and that is that

I would not know where to put it so I could use it. The therapist

had me lying on the table where they do the stem and also massages,

guess I could turn the sleep number bed up as high as it would go and

do the leg and hip exercises!!! There is even one of those old hoops

from when I was a kid in the 50's but I don't want to look like a

fool in the back yard (well, couldn't do it now with 5 inches of

snow!) And we have two exercise machines in basement!

I'd really like to give that ball a try. But in my house now, it would roll

over all my clutter. My daughter has one that she's used in all her pregnancies

and I was thinking of using hers but then remembered my clutter.

I know I could just bounce up and down on one I would like to improve my core

strength. And increase my muscle mass if there were an no taxing way of doing

it. I do walk and know that helps, but my knees and hips are really bothering me

right now so I'm not walking so much. I miss it though and hope to get back to

it soon.

I've started climbing my stairs more and that's when my knees started. It's

funny how they feel like their swollen, but when I look at them, they're not.

Just hot and painful.

Good luck to all of you exercisers.
