Guest guest
Does anyone have this? It's like the very bottom of cheeks where I sit where it's such an achy feeling on the bones on each side. The longer the sitting, the worse it is. It's not sciatica. There is no traveling down the legs or anything. It feels like horrible pressure on bottom of butt cheeks. Is this a PFD thing too? Any suggestions for exercises for this? Guest guest
anniepie,Do you have any idea if your pelvis is correctly aligned? If the alignment is off - that alone can cause all kinds of problems...and I would imagine it would affect the sitz bones, as well as the pelvic floor muscles. That is the FIRST thing I would rule out when dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction. Hope you feel better soon...ChelleDoes anyone have this? Guest guest
I have this, too. It's worse on my left side but I have it on both. I don't know what is the cause or treatment. My chiropractor taught me how to massage the trigger points and that has helped but not much. My pain has traveled down the back of my thigh, too, but it's been a while since it's been that bad. > > Does anyone have this?
