Guest guest
Hi Sherri, Whenever I came off the amoxicillin (before) the V pain would come back with tremendous force.. so it never actually cured me and I never did really figure out what was going on there (bacteria or antiobiotic-wise). Would love to hear how your results go tomorrow. I've had my estrogen measured several different ways too, but my first blood draw was around 30pg/ml. That was at the end of the month when it's supposed to be low.... but low is normally around 90-100ng/ml (just before the period). I'm only 26 years old. Mid Luteal phase was more normal the 2nd blood draw... but if I get pain these days, it is typically around my period. I'm sure there are a lot of factors involved, and this just seems to be a major player for me. Back when I was using hormone creams, I wasn't measured, but they also did not help me. The estrace seemed like it might be helping at first... but it just caused me to be itchy more than anything else.. very yeasty feeling. The only thing I do now is vitamins and sometimes herbs, which have helped me by leaps and bounds. After I bought into these super expensive vitamins (designed for menopausal women), I started trying other cheaper vitamins, and it they couldn't compare at all. The expensive women to women vitamins (very high quality) fixed me and made my cycles more perfect than I've ever seen in my life. The walmart brand sent me on hormone roller coaster again. Now I'm trying NewChapter and they seem to be working alright too (expensive as well), but I'm thinking about going back to the womentowomen brand. I called them several times to make sure they didn't have any HRT in them... because it was just so unblievable how much they helped me. I keep trying to come off them because I eat soo healthy I just don't feel like I should have to have vitamins all the time, but apparently I do. My cultures unfortunately always show something. > > Do you remember what your estrogen was? When I first had it done it was 25. I think I was around 50. Then I started a compounded estrogen topically and 2-3 months later it shot up to 366. (way too high). I'll get my results on the 13th from my latest blood tests. Are you using any form of estrogen. > I use compounded estradiol and testosterone. Was hoping the testosterone would help for the libido, but it hasn't. > > Sherri > > -------------- Original message -------------- > From: " faffafz " > > > Hi Sherri, > > > > My cultures always came back negative except once something about strep > > or staph aureous B+ ...I don't know if that makes sense (it was a while > > ago).
