Guest guest
Good morning all! Today I woke with just a tinge of pain in my back....and I hit the ground running like I used to. The gf said that i looked a lot happier this morning and she thought that was a good enough gift for Valentines day. I don't think I am off the hook for getting her something....but Boy that would be great.....lol J/K The banana things so far has reversed a lot of pain for me and yesterday I only took one pain pill and was able to exercise a bit. I actually felt well enough to pound out 25 push ups.....although I do feel a bit of that today. Well I have 2 more days on the regimen and then a week without the and I will really see if there is a true link between the potassium levels and my pain. I also wanted to thank all of you for the nice greetings and the warm welcomes to the group. I hope all of you have a great Valentines day! Guest guest
Hi , I'm so glad this is helping you. I must have missed a post, well I've missed a lot of posts, about the regimen you're on. I know you are eating bananas but is there something else to this diet to help. It you've already posted the diet I'm sorry. I'll look back through the posts and try to find it. If I have low potassium I feel terrible anyway so I always make sure I have my potassium every day from somewhere. Hope it continues to help you improve. If it does I think I want to do it too. And no you're not off the hook for Valentine's day, but what a man, always waiting until the actual day to get something. LOL Marti mkroske6149 wrote: Good morning all! Guest guest
Hi and a belated welcome aboard from Melody in Texas! I haven't heard the 'banana a day' thing for fibro before. I'm so glad and excited to see it working for you! I've tried getting on an apple day thing just for digestion etc, it seems to help me stay regular. Bananas make my mouth itch due to 'oral allergy syndrome' which has to do with pollen. Otherwise I'd love to try this! I have a thing of prunes in there, don't prunes have good potassium in them as well? Guest guest
Ty , I do what i can when i can with this stuff.
