anyone receiving disability income

hi,

could you email me directly with info about how fibro substantially

descrease our normal functioning, or whatever the phrase is, in order

to obtain disability income. i may have to request reasonable

accommodation from ym employer and i will need similar info and i don't

want to go to my appointment with incomplete info, or things i hadn't

thot of.
