Guest guest
The tiny bite sized ones are usually one point each and the mini snack size that are about two bites are two points each. Tootsie pops are only one point each and are the safest because they last a while. You can find the points for most candy on www.dwlz.com Kris Pamela Matusik wrote: >My kids (as well as probably most of yours) went trick or treating yesterday and I HAVE TONS OF TEMPTING candy going on here! Guest guest
Kim, Have you ever considered pelvic floor physical therapy? It helps alot of women a ton with issues like bladder problems and painful intercourse...There's a yahoo group called Happy Pelvis that would know more and is very active and helpful. Just a thought! Don't continue going to a doctor who does nothing to help you! Melinda -- In VulvarDisorders , Kim Loepp wrote: > > Iam going to my obgyn tomor am and I need your help. Guest guest
Till you can get looked at again, I can say I tried the Aquaphor cream ..I got it at Albertsons grocery. It is very soothing on the area. I got the tube for around ten dollars. It alleviates the dry feeling. They have it in the baby aisle as well as the aisle where face cream and body lotions are found. best wishes, ML > > I've had this pain and itching going on 4 months. Thanks for whatever feeback you are able to > give me. > Lee Lee, I am so sorry you are going through all of this. It just plain sucks when the doctors do not know how to deal with it. Have you been biopsied for vular lichen planus or lichen scleroisis? I really feel you must have this done so you know what you have and how to treat it. I have suffered from vular lichen planus for over 40 yrs. No one knew what I had, yet I suffered on and on and to be candid, still suffer, however I can try to control it with clobetesol and very powerful topical steroid. It helps alot, but does not keep me free of pain when a flair occurs. Please get a biopsy of the area. I have heard of gabapentin, but not sure what it is. I am also on amitripline for nerve pain, which does not seem to work for me. I see my doc on Friday and will dicuss all of this with her. There are a few treatments out there for vlp or ls, but you must find out what you have. I know, I know...easier said then done. Believe me, I feel your pain. I am going through a flare now and just agonizing until it recedes. I am also post meno and it seems as if my condition has worsened with the onset of menopause. Get to a specialist so that you find out exactly what you are dealing with. Stay tuned to this group. It is a life saver. >
