Guest guest Posted July 14, 2010 Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 I didn't read the article, however, my guess is...is that if you have a child who has challenges in self-regulation or modulating his feelings in any way, nitrous oxide may not be a good choice. Further complicating the issue is how the child's cognitive processing is, as in, can you explain what nitrous does and how the child may feel and what or what not to do?
