in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties

We are accepting applications for K to 9th grade.

Spaces are available in our middle and high school.

Eligibility requirements:

Child is diagnosed with Autism

Child will be enrolled in Kindergarten through 9th for the 2010 – 2011 school year

Child has communication deficits, behavioral difficulties, and/or needs assistance or training with self-care skills

To Apply:

Visit www.sfacs.org to download an Enrollment Application, or you may request an application in our office.

Complete the Enrollment Application and submit it with a copy of your child’s most recent public school IEP. You may submit these documents by mail, or hand deliver in person.
