Jeanne,

Yeah I think I can take it for a few months everyday and not worry about it.I

did buy some Melatonin to help me sleep but I haven't tried it yet.Yeah I am

scared to take new stuff but I will get over it soon with my counseling for

it.I'm sorry you and hubby have to sleep seperately. Sometimes I just wanna put

a pillow over his head when he snores so loud, hahahhaaa. I know I should sleep

good tonight as I had to work an extra 4 1/2 hours today and worked hard. I'm

tired now but need to unwind before I can even think about trying to sleep.I

have water areobics tomorrow and it shall be fun as my feet are killing me and

she makes us run, hahahaa. She will hear me sing tomorrow, hahahhaaa Have a great

night!!

- I don't think you have to worry about being dependent on

benadryl. If it works for you, please take it. I have a husband who is

probably the world's most annoying snorer in the world. We've been married

over 21 years, and haven't slept in the same bed for about 16 or 17 of those

years. I'm just too light of a sleeper and he's too loud! I sometimes miss

that intimacy that comes from sharing a bed, but it would be very difficult

to try and go back to sleeping in the same bed. So my advice is take the

benadryl! Getting angry over not sleeping just makes it harder to sleep.

Then we have anxiety over going to bed, so many of us take something to help

with anxiety before bed. Take care.
