i thought i would post information on our x-factor oil.

Our family has a rare dairy farm. Our cows eat only grass which is the key to

making a healthful dairy oil. A all grass dairy oil is loaded with vitamin A,D

and E. And high in Activator X (as described by Dr Weston Price) CLA, and Omega

3 fatty acids. All of these traits are seriously compromised once a cow has any

grain introduced to its diet.

Grain is a high Omega 6 producer and it changes the pH balance in the rumen.

The change of the pH in the rumen alters the bacterial digestive function in the

cow. CLA is strictly a product of bacterial function and is virtually

non-existent in cows milk fat during any period that grain is in the diet...

even a small amount of grain drains the milk fat of this essential fatty acid.

Activator X, and the vitamins are a product of quality of the grass/forage the

cow is eating. The faster the grass is growing when the cow is grazing it the

higher the vitamin content. The vitamin D complex is effected by the amount of

sunlight the cow is exposed to.

It takes about 8-9 LB's of cream to make 1lb of clarified x-factor oil and it

takes 17-20 Lb.'s of cream to make 1lb of centrifuged x-factor oil

Our cows are always eating growing grass. We have 130 acres of grass pasture

under pivot irrigation ensure top quality grazing throughout the growing

season.
