The Butterfly Project was beautiful and we look forward to another project this week, Picture Frames. If you have a 4 x 6 picture of yourself / family photo / school photo that you just love, bring it with you on Saturday.

Club News:

Wanted to thank Max for the drawing pads he brought in for all the Stars. We will use the pads each week to create art and keep as a portfolio.

Our new hours are now 12:00 - 1:30 pm each week. Please make a note of the time change and mark your calendar.

Newspaper Article: Plantation Forum Our 3 stars, Krista Sandy, andra Cruz & Alejandra Arbelaez are now our Star Power girls. See page 5 of the Plantation Forum, Wed., Sept 7, 2011 to read the article.

Would like to have your valuable input from parents and caregivers re: Holloween Party. We would like to have a special time on Saturday, October 29, 2011. Questions: A party, What kind of party, costumes, food, cake only, donations for the event, any other input you may have.

Volunteer positions are available and tell a high school student they can earn community service hours by volunteering with our group weekly.

We missed all our special stars last week due to the Labor Day weekend, but look forward to having you all back with us on Saturday.Activity This Week:
