Guest guest
Hi Lori, has severe zinc diffeciency too. Not sure what his labs are at the moment but he takes 220mg daily. We have tried 110 in past months and it doesn't keep up. We assume it's related to his Crohn's flares. Although I wouldn't say he is flaring right now, we have never been able to eliminate lower level inflammation and it seems that as long as he's got any level of inflammation, we have to keep him on the zinc. Same goes for iron. Mom to , 15 y.o. PSC 1999 Crohns 2006 wildwildtrips wrote: > Has anyone here been diagnosed with a severe zinc deficiency ?
