and Happy Friday to all. I am wishing everyone a happy and pain free

weekend.

I stuck to my plans with my neighbor, we are heading out this morning to

shop a bit, then get back before the weather gets bad. So far just rain

expected, no ice or sleet. But - a LOTTA rain they said. Rain all

weekend long, flooding too, and that means fun fun fun for a fibro

person right? Yeah, should be. I am just a little stiff this morning,

not too bad, usually mornings are the worst ever for me. I skipped

sudafed two days in a row to get good sleep, but must take one today so

my sinuses can have a day off. That means no sleep tonight! Well I

like to stay up watching Big Brother After Dark anyway.

Extending a great big WELCOME ABOARD to all the new members I am seeing

lately! I wanted to give individual welcomes but have fallen behind.

So Welcome, and please know I'm here if you ever just want to talk. I

tend to get behind sometimes when I'm in pain and can't sit here for too

long, so if you need a friend fast, email me privately as I check my

inbox quicker.
