Guest guest
Do you ever wonder if this exaggerates the fibro symtems, I have or vis versa, I have been told No, but have not seen and Endro. which when I had my surgery was told to keep seeing now and then, and also opthamologist for my eyes, as to watch the muscle pressure behind the eye. My dr's will not refer me out to these specialist which I need because of my insurance. I know even thought they run the tsh, they do not run a full thyroid panel most times, to expensive, and sometimes feel like my thyroid med is off. I get alot of symptoms, and fatigue etc. can also be caused by this. I went to Boston for operation, had a top surgeon, and he told me these 2 Physician's should be part of my life for follow-ups. ??I also was changed from 2 mg to 150mcg after 24 yrs. and have felt different since. I have learned but did not know as I was a kid that I had Graves disease, and would always suffer with the syptoms even though they took the non working gland out. Any news u may have to compare would help. thanks Sharon deebs87 wrote: Thank you Sharon. I also lost my paras during my 2005 thyroidectomy. I stayed 5 days in the hospital due to complications. Was in the hospital when I was a child in the 60's so do know medicine has come a long way. Debbie J > > Hope to just put u at ease a bit. Medicine has come a long way, back in 1977 I had to have my thyroid and para's cut out, and they prepared me for a long stay for recovery, and most likely would have a hoarse voice the rest of my life. > > >> > > > > > > > >
