NEVER DENY A DIAGNOSIS

BUT DO DENY THE NEGITIVE

VERDICT THAT MIGHT GO WITH IT.

I BELIEVE THIS CAN BE SO TRUE. AND HAS BEEN PROVEN MANY TIMES OVER.

BEST TO ALL THAT HAVE IT ROUGH.

I have been doing well so far although todays start has a been a bit

more painful than the last few days, but then again there is a winter

storm coming this way. Woke up with a leg cramp that pretty much stood

me straight up in bed and nearly had me climbing the walls.

Potassium is supposed to stop cramping with the combination of the

right hydration cramps should not come on so quickly. I am starting to

wonder if the FM really does deplete the Potassium levels in the body

that are needed to maintain a painless body. Yesterday I did a bit of

a variance and that was I had a banana smoothie and less of the normal

intake of water that I usually take in (about a gallon a day if not a

little more). Yesterdays intake was about half of what I do in

water, but higher in a dietary form of food intake; it must of thrown

me off.

I also have this headache like as if I was out drinking last night and

I forgot to enjoy the good time....lol Oh well, over all I am still in

less then half the pain that I was in last week and still feeling

pretty loose enough to kick over my head this morning....don't ask why

I had to find that out....lol
