Guest guest
I gad IBS which I think played a large part of my vulvodynia. I got rid of it with N-A-G- (N-Acetyl-Glucosamine). I also went on the low-oxalate diet and it helped my vulvodynia. Guest guest
Hey, thanks for the info! I'm seriously considering going gluten free next week and also cutting waaaaaaaaaaay back on my dairy. That will be tough because cheese is my favorite food! Has anyone had problems with weight gain? I seem to keep putting on 2-3 lbs and cannot lose it! And this is despite 50 minute cardio workouts 5x a week. Just curious if this is common amongst others.. > > I know was posting about IBS and that seems to affect many here. I > read a great article in a health magazine about IBS this week. Guest guest
The only cheese I can eat is cottage cheese because all the others cause my ankles to become swollen. I also love cheese but have given up everything except cottage cheese. I always eat some fruit or veggies with my cottage cheese. I had trouble with weight gain until I realized that it was a result of eating crackers. I quit eating crackers and lost all my excess weight. Those things have a lot of salt in them which can prevent weight loss. I was only eating six or eight a day (crackers in bed while reading) but I guess they kept the weight going up. I had been dieting for so many years that when I figured what was preventing me from losing weight I still had the low-calorie habit and had to remind myself to eat more to prevent losing weight. Guest guest
, Holding onto weight despite exercise - another sign of gluten intolerance. I lost 15 pounds in a month when I went gluten-free - with no exercise. All off the gut too, which was lovely. Melinda
Guest guest
Where does one start when going gluten free? ALL of my weight is in my gut. It's the only place I gain. It looks as if I'm 3 months pregnant. Anyways, if someone could point me to the best sites/resources for going gluten free? I am more than ready!! > > , > Holding onto weight despite exercise - another sign of gluten > intolerance. I lost 15 pounds in a month when I went gluten-free - with > no exercise.
