Actually, the Low Oxalate Cookbook - Version 2 is quite readily available. You may order it from the Vulvar Pain Foundation at http://www.vulvarpainfoundation.org/vpfcookbook.htm. The cost is $23 for members and $32 for non-members. Version 2 was published in 2005 and Version 3 is in the works. I don't know if this is allowed or not, but I was looking up the low oxolite diet and they do have a yahoogroup that is all about the diet.
