Debra I just want to say though I am newer to the group, I totally am with you

on the angry issues, as I get there or had and have had to take control to work

on taming myself when having the urge to blow-up. But most of all I so

understand and can not deal with the energy it takes to deal with people who

don't understand, and since it takes me every bit of energy to fight the pain,

and whatever other garbage comes along with it on a daily basis, I don't think

we need to be using up energy getting upset , or trying to explain things to

people who don't understand, or just choose not to. You hang in there. And

wish you some angerless days ahead.
