Guest guest
. The volume of cream is dependent on the concentration of cream in the fluid. i do not pull 'heavy cream' i skim the cream only. so the figures are based on a skimmed cream actual analysis. We make this by hand. It takes 5 gallons of skimmed cream to make 4 to 5 1lb jars of clarified product. And the volume of cream to make the centrifuged product is to be determined. I am still working on refining the process and i am not certain on the price or volume of cream. the first batch came out as described. the second batch i altered the process and the volume increased per lb of cream. the product will be tested at different levels of processing and the proper price will be applied based on time to make and volume of cream that is used. that is why it states " availability and price is to be determined " .. so please don't be so quick to judge. My entire focus is to provide this essential product at a affordable price per dose. It is essential that the nutrients from a 100% grass fed non-pasteurized dairy product is available. That is if you believe in the concepts and work Dr Weston Price devoted so much of his time and energy.
