Medicaid coverage for speech therapy

I am looking for information based on personal experience regarding which

Medicaid program provides the best coverage for speech and occupational therapy

for autistic children. Also,I am in a situation where there is shared custody,

but the other parent has more than 50% of our time share and makes too much

income to qualify for Medicaid. Would we need to modify our custody agreement

in order to use my low income to qualify?
