Hi,

I just want to share a great resource for psycho-educational testing, psychological evaluations and neuropsychological evaluations. Social skills groups are also offered. The psychologists in this office are very knowledgeable about our kids.

Many, if not most, psychologists are not trained and/or very educated when addressing the many unique needs of our kids with ASD.

At least 3 of the psychologists in this office are well educated and trained in ASD.

Just wondering which three doctors you are talking about because I just started

bringing my son there. So far I am very happy with her but just wondering if she

is one of the three you are talking about.

Can you say the names of the therapists that have experience with kids with autism in the coral springs office.Thanks!

Dr. Judith Migoya works at all 3 offices but is most often at the Aventura office. "Dr. Mac" may also work at the Coral Springs office. Ask the office manager when/if you call for whom has experience/training with our kids. I'm most familiar with the Aventura office.Sent from my iPhone

Dr. Carella, Dr. Migoya and Dr. Mac are 3 of the psychologists at the office. Dr. Migoya, I believe, does a lot of testing. Dr. Mac appears to get a lot of referrals for behavioral issues. There are other clinicians in the office. When you call, ask who has experience/education/training with kids with ASD and the office manager will tell you. Of course, you can consult with others who may meet your needs better too. For example, while you may be seeing one therapist, there is nothing wrong with asking for another opinion or for more information.

Dr Rywell, in the Aventura office is also very experienced with kids on the spectrum. She is awesome!
