Just saw this interesting article what do you guys think? do u think this is for

our kids or for those's who refuse to get rest because now i'm feeling a bit

guilty for giving my son Melatonin at night so he can rest because if i dont

give it to him then he's up til 1a.m. I'm i wrong for wanting quiet time???

Helping our kids get the rest they need at bedtime isn't the same as drugging them to control them. I give my son melatonin at bedtime or he's up all night {literally}, he wants to sleep when the rest of the family sleeps and is grateful that melatonin allows him to. I asked his Dr. before I gave it to him and she said it works great and told me how much to start him on. Our kids are not like typical kids in almost every way and we have to follow different guidelines to take care of them. Don't feel guilty, you're not doing anything wrong or harmful to your son.Subject: Re: Intresting article please

Giving him melatonin isn't wrong. Don't feel guilty. You both need your rest.
