Welcome Gena... I think there has been times each of us has binged, however, I

think all of us are very supportive when it comes to our commitment to our

lifestyle. I don't think anyone here is on a diet though. I think we are all

here to support one another and to give advise when needed. I really think your

stay here will be enjoyable.

Hi, everyone -

Thank you for the warm welcome. I was really upset when I wrote last

night and I hope I didn't make a major fool of myself. I probably

over-reacted to that jerk's comments, but it still bothered me

because it forced me to wake up and quit denying that I have a weight

problem.

Of course, these feelings drove me to head to the grocery store.

Thank goodness, I just BOUGHT a bunch of junk and I didn't eat all of

it. I did eat a small/medium bag of doritos and I've been drinking

about half of a two-liter bottle of coke, but when I compare it with

all the junk that I bought and COULD have eaten, I guess I turned out

okay.

I'm going to TRY to cut myself a little slack until the first of the

year and then try again on the low carb plan. I mean, I have had two

doctors (a GP and an endocrinologist) suggest it. I had some success

with it in the past. Last year, I lost about 19 pounds on Atkins,

but then I started cheating and I went off the diet and I ended up

gaining all of it back, plus another 10.

I guess it would be okay if I would binge and then let it go, but

then, I let the binge extend until the next thing I know, I'm

completely off the diet. Do you guys do that too?

Enough rambling from me. I just wanted to thank you guys for your

support and wish you the best of luck on your weight loss challenges.

Thanks again,

Gena in Atlanta

ACK!! I've done the Drive of Doom (to go get binging things). Can you

throw all the rest of the junk you bought away? Or give it to

someone? Before it calls you in the middle of the night, when your

defenses are down. Good for you not eating it all! I know how hard

that can be!

From: Kim Loepp <kimloepp (AT) yahoo (DOT) ca>Subject: Elovil???To: VulvarDisorders@ yahoogroups. comDate: Saturday, October 25, 2008, 10:49 PM

My doctor wants to put me on Elovil. Is there anyone on it and does it work? How are the side effects? Iam scared to use it and my honeymoon is in 2 weeks.

Please help me. Iam so tired of feeling like this. Iam getting so depressed.

Thanks
