Guest guest
I was on the pill until I was 28, then went off of it and back on at age 38. That was the beginning of the end! If I had to do it over again, I would have never gone on the pill. Especially at age 38. The doctor said it was safe! At age 38 our hormones are starting to change, but I did not know that at that time. BlueeberriLife should be easier. So should your homepage. Try the NEW AOL.com. Guest guest
They should HAVE TO TELL you, not just let you read the little paper in the package and I wonder if it even says it there. Then we can make our choice. It never said..may develop a burning itching vagina that will never go away! BlueeberriLife should be easier. So should your homepage. Try the NEW AOL.com. Guest guest
It just SUCKS, doesn't it, ? I so wish I could go back in time, too! Even Libby told me that 'some' women do develop vulvar pain as a result of using birth control pills...I just hate that the medical community doesn't really tell you that! Of course, most of them don't even understand vulvar pain or know enough to tell us anyway. *sigh* Oh well, at least I'm not as bad a I used to be. Guest guest
I agree as well. I've long been suspicious of my Pill consumption as being a root of my problems. I started taking the pill when I was 16, and didn't get off of it until a couple years ago when I started becoming suspicious of a link between the pill and my vaginitis issues. I'm hoping to go in for hormone testing to see if any imbalances I have can be corrected. > > From: blueeberri@... > Subject: Re: Oral contraceptives & Vestibulitis/Vestibulodynia (link from the N... > To: VulvarDisorders > Date: Wednesday, November 26, 2008, 11:38 AM > > > > I was on the pill until I was 28, then went off of it and back on at age 38.
