Bhaukti,Have you ever tried an antihistamine to see if that might help with your overall inflammation? That was the first treatment that brought me any relief from the vulvar pain. I think it's so frustrating that we all seem to have to find our own methods of treatment. For myself, the two biggest culprits have been hormones and structural issues...but of course we are all different, so what works for one, may not work for another, but thank goodness we can share on these groups. It was awful back when you had absolutely no support or help whatsoever! I've never really had any issues from using antibiotics, but I don't doubt one bit that they might start a chain reaction for some, messing with the flora and balance that eventually leads to a pain cycle.
