Good morning all,

Okay I started that experiment a week ago with the banana a day and

that went really well. Today I woke up and I have a bit of joint

pain and it feels like my bicep has a long cramp in it. The back of

my leg left leg feels like it is on fire and the right leg has had a

cramp in it for the last two days. Although this is the first day

with out eating the banana to boost my potassium I already am

starting to feel the effects. I am wondering if I was deluding

myself with my theory or if there is some truth behind it.

Also I am wondering if anyone of you have ever experienced the

feeling as if you are receiving a low volume consistant jolt feeling

throughout your bodies? I have this feeling at times and mostly at

rest that I am receiving a very low consistant electrical shock

through out my body. I also noticed that some times this feeling

interupts my heart and it either makes it race or slow down.

One more question in regards to symptoms and that is does any of you

have the feeling of your hearts feel like it is pounding not fast or

slow just pounding and you can feel it in your head or ear. When I

am lying down I can feel it in my right ear as if the pounding is

against my ear drum.....it is the weirdest sensation. I know it's

not a panic attack, because my training tells me it is not, but it

just really gets me so freaked out and it feels like it is going to

last forever.....I have so many questions about this stuff and I

really don't want to bother all of you, but I want to understand

what is real and what is Psychological.

Whoops, one more question actually is your sensitivity to caffine

raised? I noticed that when I am on my coffee kcicks that I get

during the winter months.....do this highten your jitters that you

already feel?

I will keep you all post of my self-testing and I will keep on

checking in when possible, but what ever answers that can be

provided would be great.

My very best to you all,

P.S. Thankl you all you are the greatest group of people I never

met...lol

Harrrrrumph. I had a cup of coffee yesterday afternoon, after 3 pm.

At 3 am I finally was able to go to bed. I never crocheted so fast

in my entire life! Then, after going to bed so late, I was wide

awake by 8:30. I've been dragging around all day.

So no more coffee for me after 3 pm. I had a cup today but finished

it by 2.

I was kind of down and depressed yesterday; it was a gray, sullen

kind of day. I couldn't get warm. Today, I'm in a full-fledged

flare. I hurt too badly to work outside, which is probably good, as

it's now raining. Everything hurts but I'm not really sleepy.

I'm trying something new today. I'm going to start eating my meals

on a placemat at my table, rather than carrying them to somewhere

else in the house. Just one more step toward a civilized existence.
