Joan: I started out with Atrophic Vaginitis which was healed by using Estradiol patch and Estrace Cream. Doctor told me I would have to use it all my life. I take 25 mg Lyric at night. And I used to take much much more. This list is supportive and lots of the tips are just plain good for self care any way. So hang around and ask questions freely. And how is that different from lichen schlerosis or Atrophic Vulvar Dystrophy?

I have been over whelmed with all of the wonderful emails but don't know if I am in the right place because most emails don't mention my diagnoses.
