Hello,

I am part of a task force, that is working together to

expand a currently running, adult rec. and leisure, Sat. only program, to

a full, 5 day program, for people with disabilities(not just autism), at

Shott Communities in Davie. Most of the participants have an autism

spectrum disorder.

The task force created a survey that has already been

distributed via APD & UMCARD email blasts. We would like to ask if it is ok

to distribute via s list, yahoo group? Attached is the doc.
