Biofeedback program

Has anyone purchased or used a home computer biofeedback program and

found it helpful?

I tried this at the Mayo clinic but I only got 3 sessions. It seems

like something that may help me. But the time constraint of trying to

learn it so quickly and not having money to purchase a fancy program

left me feeling a little depleted. No one in my area offers it.

Let me know.

Hello!

I do not have a biofeedback program myself, nor have I tried it. But

I saw a biofeedback device in the christmas catalog for that store,

the Sharper Image. It was around 200 dollars. They also have other

things that I really wanted, like a light for people who need more

sunlight, only around 180 dollars. I only wish I had the money for

that biofeedback device. I think they had a tens unit too...

I wonder, what is biofeedback exactly anyway?
