Guest guest
Hi - I'll reply to your low level electrical jolt question. I'm not sure if there's a constant low level in my body. If there is, I don't perceive it. During the day when I try to take a nap, I will quite often get huge spasms that jerk my whole torso or cause one of my legs to jerk. Sometimes, my torso will jerk when I'm sitting here at the computer desk or on the edge of a chair watching TV. I cannot sit back because this would cause extremely painful back spasms when I would try to get up from the chair. So, anyway, I think there is some sort of electrical " short-circuit " for many of us. I've read that some docs believe we suffer from problems with the ANS, and that would certainly explain these jerks/spasms. Oh, and I do also notice my heart maybe skips a beat or something when I'm lying down. HTH. Take care. I have this feeling at times and mostly at rest that I am receiving a very low consistant electrical shock through out my body. I also noticed that some times this feeling interupts my heart and it either makes it race or slow down.
