I get a feeling like I want to get up and run somewhere, I figured

that was that restless leg thingy but, sometimes it fels like a nic

attack and I jerk and spasm to, not sure about the electrical feeling.

question. I'm not sure if there's a constant low level in my body.

If there is, I don't perceive it. During the day when I try to take

a nap, I will quite often get huge spasms that jerk my whole torso or

cause one of my legs to jerk. Sometimes, my torso will jerk when I'm

sitting here at the computer desk or on the edge of a chair watching

TV. I cannot sit back because this would cause extremely painful

back spasms when I would try to get up from the chair.

> So, anyway, I think there is some sort of electrical " short-

circuit " for many of us. I've read that some docs believe we suffer

from problems with the ANS, and that would certainly explain these

jerks/spasms. Oh, and I do also notice my heart maybe skips a beat

or something when I'm lying down. HTH.

Thank you all for the answers, but I think it is really hard to

explain. I don't get any spasms or jerking feeling. The feeling is

more of a continuous flow that runs from my head to my toes. Almost

like being on a vibrating bed....there that is the best way to say it.

Although that may sound fun (the vibrating bed) it is a very

unpleasant feeling since you don't know why it is happening.

I have been diagnosed with PVC when I was in my late twenties, but

most people have those and well mine are just a bit more pronounced.
