The Parents of the Panhandle Information Network is currently seeking 2 part-time/20 hours per week, Parent Resource Specialists within their region. and

The Parent Education Network is currently seeking 2 part-time/25 hours per week, Parent Resource Specialists in the following areas:

One in the Palm Beach/Broward area (East Coast of the PEN region)

One in the Lee/Collier area (West Coast of the PEN region)

A Parent Resource Specialist offers training and assistance to parents, professionals, and self advocates on the educational system as it relates to IDEA. Interested candidates need to have a firm understanding of IDEA, strong computer skills, the ability to work from home with full internet access, and a strong desire to help families who have children with disabilities.
