ARC Broward has immediate openings for Per Diem Behavior Analysts to provide parents with the training and support necessary to be successful in addressing the behavioral needs of their children, who have Developmental Disabilities, including Autism. Behavior Analysts conduct FAI, develop Individualized Behavior Plans designed to address maladaptive behaviors and teach functionally equivalent and adaptive skills, coach parents/caregivers in the ongoing implementation of plans, and monitor progress.Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field (Master’s degree preferred) and at least one year of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities and behavioral issues.
