Dear Friend,The Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD), which is partof the US Department of Health and Human Services, is currently askingfor input from the public on how ADD can best serve Americans withdisabilities and their families. The Family Cafe has been fortunate to have held a grant from ADD forthe past three years. This program has funded all of the activities ofThe Florida Youth Council, and reflects ADD's emphasis on servingyouth with disabilities as they transition to adulthood.ADD is now in the process of deciding what priorities they will setfor the future. These priorities will help to determine what types ofgrant programs will be funded. Please take a moment to share your thoughts on potential fundingpriorities for the coming years. Where do you think federal funding toserve Americans with disabilities and their families should go?You can

complete the survey online athttp://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/add/survey/survey_landed.html.<javascript:void(0);/*1281556442075*/>To have your opinion heard, you must reply by September 1. Thanks very much,The Family Cafe--
