I was eating them everyday and my potassium level came back a little high so my doc was concerned. So be careful not to eat them every single day. Guest guest
My dad is 82 and has had problems with potassium being too high as well. So he has to limit what he eats. He was hospitalized 3 times last year, and it seemed like every couple of weeks, the docs were suggesting more and more foods to avoid. My mom was practically at her wits end trying to know how to feed him. Anyhow, I sure am rambling this morning. Brain very foggy.
