vinegar- help please

Hi ladies.

I saw doctor two day's ago. doctor told swab (deluted in water) vinegar

inside my vagina to get rid of dicharge that irritate my vulva.

Does anybody knows about it . I realy concern to try it,b/s I am

afraid to irritate vagina inside.

When he did it really was sting.

I personally have never tried this and can understand your concern. i

was reading the other day about yeast free diets and am positive that

vinegar was one of the donts, not sure if placing it down there is and

diff to eatng it but still something to think about. If you do deside

to give it a try perhaps do a spot test first??

Hi Lina,Did he by chance check your vaginal ph level? I would think he is telling you to use the vinegar to help balance the ph. I'd just be careful and if anything causes you pain, I'd back off. If I find any info, I'll send it in!
