In conjunction with the soon to be released Special Needs Parent Handbook, we just added a free resource on our web site called Your Child Handbook .

Download these forms to create a binder containing everything there is to know about your child, including medical history, school information,

and all related correspondence and evaluations.

It will serve as a handy reference guide for you, for new doctors or therapists, and for anyone who might care for your child while you are away or if something happens to you. Update the binder at least once a year, keep it somewhere that is easily accessible, and let other people know where it is.
