I guess I fall in the middle, Carolyn. My reaction to the injections was pretty neutral...they didn't help or hurt! Well, they hurt at the moment...LOL - but not in the long run! do you have Clair Davies book? I think working on triggers manually is really good. Take care,Chelle

has any one had positive or negative reactions from trigger pt injections?
