It is 2:30

on Thursday, November 29, & Barbara is finally out of a grueling 9+ hour

surgery. All went well with the surgery and for the

next year there is a critical time frame as her body adjusts to the new liver

& as the hepitology team fine tunes the

anti-rejection medications. She'll be in ICU for the

next 2-4 days, according to the surgeon. During that

time frame, visitation is extremely limited and I'll be going home each evening. Those who wanted to volunteer for sitting with Barby

in her recovery after ICU should let me know if they are still able to come -

when & for how long.
