You are positive about your life and have a moderate level of stress. There are a few areas where you may wish to improve. wrote: > http://www.beliefnet.com/healthandhealing/getcontent.aspx?cid=21276 & WT.mc_id=NL4\ 4 > > > Rose is a rose is a rose is a rose. > G stein > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
I quit my job in 2000 and that helped me, but that isn't always an option for most. Hubby makes enough for us to live on. Guest guest
Hi ALL! I got an 89! I thought it would be worse. I was suprised flossing your teeth was not one of the questions! You are doing a good job of managing your stress. You may have a few stress symptoms, and some areas of frustration. You could benefit from some stress reduction interventions. Anyway, it took me forever in the fibro fog number fog to add all those numbers. First i tried by using my fingers, then went to the calculator. And, I use to teach middle school MATH. What a MONSTER this disease is!!!! Guest guest
I ended up at 81, kind of middle of the road. , you didn't say what got you to a 190 ~ is it stuff you CAN change (i.e. job, exercise, food, stuff you drink, smoking) or stuff you CANNOT change? Because I think that's where the big difference is. I used to say " I can do anything for a minute (even if that minute lasted for years) " . Unfortunately, with this fibro beast hanging around my neck, that isn't true for me anymore, and I believe it isn't true for most of us, a good deal of the time. We manage. We hang in/on. So , let us know what we can help with as far as getting you to reduce your stress-level. That alone isn't good for you (although the beast seems to like it just fine!). Because being under that much stress is harmful to you in so many many ways.......
