Yes, it is cheaper to fly on Christmas Day. That is why we do it, plus the airports are not crowded. It really seems like everyone who celebrates Christmas is already where they want to be. Which make it good for us.

I have never been to the gulf side. Is that the West Coast? We usually go to West Palm Beach since my father in law lives there and we want to see him.
