Thanks for the link, Carolyn. I'm actually trying to decide what to do about my right SI joint. I'm just leery of the radiofrequency, though. If I understand it correctly - they use heat to destroy the nerves. I'll discuss it with my pain doc next time I see him, just to ask what he thinks about it. I know Dr. Quesada can do it. I think SI joint pain is one of his interests. Take Care,Chelle

I just went to the new pt yesterday, that is why I was reading up on SI Joints. She said mine were unstable.

She is giving me exercises to do. Let me know what you find out about that:) thanks!
