I'm just leery of the radiofrequency, though. If I understand it correctly - they use heat to destroy the nerves. I'll discuss it with my pain doc next time I see him, just to ask what he thinks about it. I know Dr. Quesada can do it. I think SI joint pain is one of his interests.
