Guest guest
Hi, I need referrals from people who have used pediatric psychiatrists or psychologists in the area. My son is having severe anxiety reactions that interfere with functioning, possible depression and anger issues. Is the parent always with the child in the office? Have you found a provider to be caring and helpful? Thank you for any respondents and please feel free to use my home email address: mommyof3now@... Guest guest
Have you tried your son on SAMe and GABA. You might see a dramatic change. You can find both supplements at any health food store or the Vitamin Shoppe. GABA will calm down the anxiety and SAMe will help elevate the mood and stop the anger. Both supps can be taken 3 times a day if needed. Hi, I need referrals from people who have used pediatric psychiatrists or psychologists in the area. Guest guest
I agree with . There are soooo many contributing factors to emotional issues: lack of deep restorative sleep, sources of excitotoxicity in diet, neurotransmitter imbalance, digestive issues, presence of clostridia, chlamydia, or any variety of chronic infection, etc. The source of the emotional upset should be explored for if it is simply suppressed by medication it will surely rear it's head in another area. Might want to work with a local doctor to run a food sensitivity test, amino acid profile, and a comprehensive stool analysis as finances allow. Some pediatricians are working more with parents on getting these tests done through insurance. Wanda Re: MD psych suggestions? Have you tried your son on SAMe and GABA.
